A little bit about Paperchase

Paperchase is a British stationery brand with a global presence. The company has more than 100 stores across the UK selling fun, design-led stationery items from notebooks to cards and gifts. The first store opened in 1968 in Kensington, London, opening its global online store in 2010. Unfortunately, the site has since stopped trading. You can still find all of your favourite Paperchase products in-store, with new stock arriving every week.

Is there a Paperchase Black Friday discount?

Can I get gift cards at Paperchase?

Unfortunately not. You can no longer purchase Paperchase gift cards online or in-store. If you purchased a gift card from the company or received one as a gift - unspent amounts needed to be used by 14 February 2023. After this time, any unspent amounts will no longer be available for use.

Do I get any discounts through the Paperchase app?

Paperchase doesn’t have an app at this time, but you can save money when shopping with our Paperchase promo codes.

What is the Paperchase returns policy?

If you've changed your mind about a store purchase, Paperchase will no longer offer a refund.

If the item you’re returning was purchased online, you should be entitled to a full cash refund at a Paperchase store if the item is in its original condition. You’ll have 14 calendar days to claim your refund in this case.

If your item is faulty, you should be offered a repair, replacement, or refund. Paperchase allows up to 30 days to return a faulty item, whether purchased online or in-store. Please note you will need to return the item to a store to claim your refund.

When returning items, you’ll need to bring a copy of your order confirmation - either by email or printed out.
