The Cleveland Browns drafted him in the first round of the 2007 NFL Draft. Following a three-season stint with the Browns, he found himself in Denver as a Bronco for two seasons. The latter part of his NFL career involved short stints with the Kansas City Chiefs, New York Jets, and the St. Louis Rams.

Quinn’s football journey traces back to his high school years at Dublin Coffman High School in Dublin, Ohio.
