Gabriel Cooper Eric Musselman is an American college basketball coach. Eric Musselman is the former head coach of the Sacramento Kings and the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association. He is well-known as became the youngest coach in CBA history when he was 23.

Eric was named head men’s basketball coach at the University of Arkansas on April 7, 2019. He has 30 years of coaching experience and 20 years as a head coach in the NBA, NCAA, and CBA. In his 6 years as a collegiate head coach, his team has won at least 20 games each year. Also, after winning the CBI at Nevada in his 1st year as a collegiate head coach, his team has played in each of the last 4 NCAA tournaments played.
Eric was the head coach for seven professional teams, including two seasons with the Golden state warriors(2002-2004) and one with Sacramento Kings (2006-2007). He enrolled as Arkansas Head Coach, Nevada head coach, and NCAA Division I assistant coach and he has been a head coach in CBA, the United States Basketball League, and the NBADL along with two NBA head coaching stops. His 1st head coaching job came at the age of 23 when he was hired by the Rapid City Thrillers of the Continental Basketball Association in 1989.

He worked as an analyst on radio and tv prior to 2010-2011to coaching the Reno Bighorns and LA D-Fenders(2011-2012) of the NBADL. He has experience coaching international basketball having served as the head coach of the Dominican Republic national team (2010-2011), the US and Team China in the Adidas Global Experience (2009,2010), and the Venezuela national team(2011-2013).
