According to JJK 214 Spoiler, Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 214 begins with Sukuna mortally wounding Hana and throwing her body off the roof. Yuji, who has regained consciousness and is relatively unharmed, witnesses the scene and is horrified.

He jumps onto the roof to confront Sukuna, who is incensed to see him alive. The boy charges Sukuna with a startling amount of raw power, which confounds the King of Curses.

Yuji throws a boulder at his adversary, prompting Sukuna to say that Kenjaku has been making “scary things”, indicating that he knows about the boy’s parentage. Sukuna wonders how Yuji can be so strong but soon realizes something is wrong when his fingers freeze and Yuji manages to land a square punch to his face. He learns that Megumi has managed to reduce his curse energy output.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 214 spoilers confirm the belief that Yuji has gained access to some of Sukuna’s cursed energy, which remains a remnant of his possession.

From Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 214 spoilers it remains uncertain whether Megumi needs time to recover from possession before fighting back, Or if it was the fact that Yuji Itadori was in danger that prompted his consciousness to exert some control over his body.
