After, retiring from performing, Michael has run a promotions company “Serchlite Music”.

Moreover, from the year 2003, MC Serch was able to host “Serch In The AM” on Detroit urban radio station FM 98 WJLB. Also, at that time, he was the first Jewish DJ at that station. He then was dismissed from WJLB in March 2006, reportedly due to a dispute over a Super Bowl weekend party at the club Motor City Live. Michael also was able to host the VH1 reality series “Ego Trip’s The (White) Rapper Show”. He was popular for his catchphrase “Woop-WOOP!” on the show and a follow-up show, “Ego Trip’s Miss Rap Supreme”, debuted in the year 2008.

MC Serch has since been able to return to the radio airwaves in Detroit on the urban station Hot 102.7. He has even worked with Hot 102.7’s youngest intern (The Black Intern) Daniel Berry, and Rucka Rucka Ali (Comedy Music Artist). He was able to join “VidSig” which is a live global video platform, as Chief Creative Consultant in May 2021. Furthermore, Serch is also an actor and director and is popular for The Colour of Love, Gladiator, and Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure.
