Rafael Nadal Parera is a Spanish professional tennis player who was born on June 3rd, 1986 in Manacor, a town on the island of Mallorca in the Balearic Islands, Spain.

He was born to Ana María Parera Femenías and Sebastián Nadal Homar. Nadal shares the same parents with his younger sister, Maria Isabel Nadal.
