Maria Burton Carson is known as the adopted daughter of the late movie star, and the glamour queen, Elizabeth Taylor. Taylor and her fifth actor husband, Richard Burton, adopted Maria. She was adopted when she was three years old before they divorced in 1964. Maria now works as a clothing designer and is a philanthropist.
